[TLB.] Actions A topless Toni is lead from the surf by a Chicago policeman (1). Commentary Toni Lee is a brave woman to wear the newfangled topless maillot on a public beach. She is arrested for it, charged with indecent exposure, but released. The event is covered by the wire services and pictures which document Toni's condition, but which retain modesty are reproduced in Look and Life magazines (PM6410).
