   Toddler in maillot pantaloon. Bucket.

Actions
    A youngster looks on as the wind blows up the skirt of a confident narrow-waisted bathing beauty (1). The illustrated lass looks through her binoculars while we voyer her.

Commentary
   Illustration captures the emerging confidence of a new generation of woman. This picture may also be classified as a "comic," suggesting it is not without humor. It's good natured, playful, and sparks conversation.
